Out comes the annex for a longer stay

After almost two years with many adventures between our base in Melbourne and often family in Adelaide, we have taken the plunge in the purchase of an off-road caravan.

The campervan has given us a taste of the freedom that comes with travel, aligned to the desire to see and experience more of what this amazing country has to offer through travel.

The experience thus far has been a good one. Venturing into the new world of free camping. And taking the time to stop on occasions on the drive through to Adelaide to experience some new places. We have had the pleasure of having friends join us over a weekend away in a regional park. As well as a number of occasions when other family members have come and joined us with their own set-ups.

"Isabella" 2021

Nothing really beats the relaxed atmosphere created with being away in the bush or seated around a fire-pit drinking coffee, enjoying a meal and good conversation.

It will be sad to see 'Wallace & Melrose" leave the driveway, but we look forward to many more new adventures with "Isabella" our off-road caravan and the new 4x4 when it finally arrives.
